The location was ideal, with easy access to the city center via tram. The air conditioning worked well during the summer months, which is a pleasant relief. Breakfast consisted of a basic yet sufficiently hearty buffet, enjoyed outdoors in the morning sun-a nice touch. We opted for half-board, including breakfast and dinner, though lunch required pre-ordering, which could be a hassle. The café service was commendable, with staff managing well despite limited help. On the downside, some aspects felt dated, particularly the elevators, which could be unsettling. I encountered a lack of assistance at the reception, seemingly affecting experience. Rooms were spacious with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free toiletries, contributing to a tranquil stay. The grounds were serene, ideal for families-complete with warm pools and playgrounds. While the charm of this hotel lies in its convenience and basic offerings, it's essential to weigh these factors against your budget. It serves as a reasonable choice for those keen on exploring the area without splurging excessively.
